Half a block from campus, the 15th Street and Euclid neighborhood is a lively part of the Hill community. This is a student friendly area that is minutes from campus, bookstores, restaurants and coffee shops. I offer well-maintained century-old houses with many upgrades.

All apartments have off-street parking and an on-site laundry. I am the owner/manager and have been managing these houses since 1980 when I was a C.U. student.  Don’t hassle with big property managers, no fee to apply. One year lease runs from mid-August.
